An innovative platform for supply chain collaboration
VisibleLogistics is first and foremost an order management application.
Because we believe in on-demand services and web solutions, you can access VisibleLogistics from any web browser. There is no need to install any heavy application on your company's systems and you will not share any sensitive company information with the outside world.
Orders are created in a couple of clicks through a simple but comprehensive form and can be edited at any stage later on. Tags and attachments can be added to orders. You can create catalogues in the same simple way and items can be picked from them in any given order.
The dashboard displays relevant information.
You can see your own orders on the dashboard, as well as orders from your partners where you are also involved. The dashboard will also display the latest comments, and the latest updates, so you stay on top of important topics at any time.
Preset filters allow to show only certain relevant orders, such as orders with an exception status, overdue orders or orders due tomorrow. In the dashboard, you can access any displayed order to take action, edit it, add a comment or tag it. You can easily search tagged orders and catalogue items.

Social networks should not apply only to leisure activities but also to serious business.
This means that you can invite your suppliers and your customers to sign in to VisibleLogistics too, so you can collaborate using VisibleLogistics. Even better, when an order or its status changes, the partners relevant to this specific order will be notified by e-mail or SMS (if they have enabled text messages).
This also allows your customers in the system to be able to see your catalogue and pick items there when creating their own orders.
VisibleLogistics lets anyone comment on any order or catalogue item they can access.
This allows you to use our solution to collaborate and communicate with your business partners. Comments can of course be edited and deleted, if needed, while the an order or catalogue item's change history tab allows you to to look back in time to see the original versions.
The relevant partners will be automatically notified of new comments, just like for order status updates. It is also possible to comment on an order status update itself to give or request additional information.
