Ask your business partners to start using VisibleLogistics
Communicating order information to your partners is easier if they also signed-up to VisibleLogistics.
To invite new contacts, start by selecting Contacts in the purple menu bar at the top of the page.
You see the Contacts page:
Select Invite contacts.
Enter the e-mail addresses of the contacts you want to work with in VisibleLogistics, separated with commas. Click the Send Invitations button.
You see the contacts page with confirmation messages:
Your contacts will receive an e-mail, inviting them to sign up to VisibleLogistics:
When one of them signs up using the organisation name Bob's Beer, for example, the Contacts page shows the new name:
If you do not want to wait until they sign up, you can select Add new contact on the Contacts page to specify the organisation name and key yourself. When you create an order, you can refer to contacts that have an organisation key. Your contacts can still receive notifications even if they have not signed up, but they will not be able to do sign in to VisibleLogistics, to view the order and update the order status.
