VisibleLogistics sends automatic order update notifications, so you stay up to date without having to view the order information web page.
E-mail notifications
VisibleLogistics sends standard formatted e-mail notifications to each partner to an order. The e-mail includes a summary of the order information and a link to the corresponding web page.
You receive e-mail notifications when someone:
- creates an order with you as a party to the order, or adds you to an existing order
- comments on one of your orders
- updates the status of your orders.
SMS notifications
VisibleLogistics can also be set-up to send order status exception notifications by SMS, so you can stay informed of supply chain issues wherever you are. To enable SMS, you just enter a mobile telephone number on the account details page.
