Attaching documents to an order allows you to keep all of the information about an order in one place
Add file attachments to the order, to save original documentation or additional information about the order. The attachments tab shows a thumbnail of each attachment, for PDF documents and images, so you can easily recognise each attachment.

There are many potential uses for attachments.
- When accepting orders from buyers by fax, attach a scan of the original fax to the order.
- When shipping items that require documentation, attach the documents to the order.
- Attach photos of the order line items.
- Attach commercial agreements that apply to the order.
- Add insurance documentation that applies to the shipment.
